Penn St. Allentown, PA 18105 Phone Number (484) 765 - 4154 Fax Number (484) 765 - 4140 E-Mail Address openrecords@allentownsd.org All Right to Know requests must be submitted in writing to the Allentown School District Office of Open Records on the request form (Word or PDF).  Fees will be assessed for each request and prepayment will be necessary for completion.  Every attempt will be made to send the information to the requesting party through the requested media.  However, the District will not convert records to the requested format unless the document is maintained in that format. Please keep in mind that fees will still apply for requests that have been made for electronic versions of records.
